Performance: bubble point 300–6000 mbar (±50 mbar / ±5%); diffusion flow < 20 ml/min (±1.0 ml/min / ±2 ml/min); pressure decay 300–6000 mbar (±0.5 mbar / ±5%); water intrusion < 0.4 ml/min (±0.02 ml/min / ±0.05 ml/min).
